Keeping our brains flexible
Everybody is working on how to keep our bodies fit and young. I believe the big game-changer will be keeping our brains young and flexible. It's not just about memory loss, but about staying open-minded. Our world is already suffering from the stubbornness of older individuals. Imagine when we manage to prolong our lives to 200 years. Especially when aligning with AI, we will have to learn new things every 2-3 years.
What's the use of being physically fit if your brain is unadaptable?
So, how do we keep our minds fresh as we get older? How do we keep learning like kids but with the wisdom of someone who's lived a century?
That would be remarkable to achieve.
